Though season 8 won’t be coming anytime soon, until 2019, we still can’t hide our absolute excitement. Jason Momoa recently visited the season 8 set in Belfast to meet his former colleagues again, and is quoted as saying  the highly-anticipated season will be the greatest TV ever aired.

Momoa told EW“Just knowing how amazing this season is going to be.”

“It’s going to be the greatest thing that’s ever aired on TV. It’s going to be unbelievable. It’s going to f— up a lot of people. And it was a bummer because I’m a huge fan and I didn’t want to know what’s going on. I was like, ‘Damn, I didn’t want to know that!”

Following his appearance on set, some fans got a little excited and created a speculation that Drogo would return, but Momoa himself shut those rumors down very quickly, he said: “I just showed up to see [the producers] and I just happened to see people on set.”

“I haven’t been over there in a long time. You just want to see your friends and you end up making headlines going, ‘Drogo’s back!’ and I’m like, ‘He’s dead! He can’t come back, it wouldn’t work.”

Upon his visit to the set to meet producers, he also met  and made friends with Kristofer Hivju, who plays Tormund, and was one of the actors he never got to meet on-set.
