Narcos: Netflix Aren’t Looking To End Series Anytime Soon

It’d looking likely that Narcos will attempt to further prove fans wrong after they said that the Netflix hit wouldn’t last following the death of star Pablo Escobar.

Just a short post today bringing you an update on the future of ‘Narcos’, remember to keep in touch with us as we’ll bring you all of the latest news as it happens. Season 3 definitely shown us that the show really has a lot more quality story to offer without Escobar. As we already know, the Netflix Original will see a season 4, but in a recent interview with THR, the shows creator and showrunner hinted that season 4 may not be the farewell season and he could make it go on even further – possibly even into the present.

Speaking about the future of the crime drama, show runner Eric Newman revealed that he believes it could easily surpass season 4. Read what he said below:

“I would very much like the show to go beyond season four. It seems like there is an opportunity to pretty much go into the present.”

Narcos Season 4 is slated to release in 2018 on Netflix.
