‘Stranger Things’ Renewed For Season 3 By Netflix

Netflix has renewed their hit show ‘Stranger Things’ in a very timely manner.

The premiere season of ‘Stranger Things’ took the world by storm, proving to be one of the biggest players in the industry. Prior to releasing season 2, Netflix is anticipating the continued success of the show and has in-turn, merited the science-fiction drama a third season. That could not be the end either, with the show’s creators, Matt and Ross Duffer stating that they have a 5 season plan in mind for the future.

The fact that the show has been renewed this soon cements Netflix’s dedication to the series, they are proving a huge point after cancelling some of their biggest shows in past months, causing uproars from fans. Shows such as: The get Down, Girlboss and Sense8 (As a series).

We shouldn’t be thinking on an air date for season 3 right now as season 2 hasn’t even hit screens yet, but we can expect season 3 to release some time in 2019.

season 2 kicks off soon, here’s a recap:  It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.
