With ‘Game Of Thrones’ season 7 only a matter of weeks away, 8 weeks to be exact (20/05/17), we are receiving lots of information regarding the upcoming season, with the latest being actor Iain Glen praising the script and teasing his character Jorah Mormont.
It seems it is not just Iain Glen who is impressed with the scripts, over the past weeks, we have had actresses Gwendoline Christie (Brienne Of Tarth) as well as Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) praise the script, who said “Nothing will prepare you for this.”
Read what Iain said below:
“I wrote to Dan and David and I said I thought they were the best seven episodes they’ve ever written”
Glen also teased what we can expect from the new season:
“The story is going toward a conclusion, there’s no sense of treading water. You have storylines colliding. And the evolving drama and relationships are as good as they have ever been. It definitely feels like the beginning of the end game.”
We last seen Ser Jorah Mormont in season 6 where he was send away by Daenerys to find a cure for his disease, Greyscale. Actor Iain Glen recently spoke of his characters loyalty to Daenerys, and how he may take his own life for her redemption.
“My feeling is Jorah would die a happy man if he could get forgiveness from Daenerys, he’s been in that mental territory half his life. He’s always been willing to sacrifices his life for her. His loss of life is not as big for him as seeking her redemption.”
