Actor Sean Bean Reveals His Favorite On-Screen Death Was On ‘Lord Of The Rings’

British actor Sean Bean has had to play out a lot of deaths of his characters on-screen. He recently revealed that his favorite death was portraying Boromir on ‘Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring’

Spoilers: Sean Bean has had to play out an awful lot of character Death’s, some of the most popular are: Ned Stark- Game Of Thrones, Ulric – Black Death (2010), Boromir – Lord Of The Rings and Sean Miller – Patriot Games.

“It’s my favorite death scene, and I’ve done a few. You couldn’t ask for a more heroic death.”

Sean also gave some advice on ‘The perfect on-screen death’ for some aspiring actors out there, “You can’t show off,” he explains. “You can’t be vain or posing…. Because every time you die, it’s a big f—ing moment!”.

  1. As the LotR is the only death scene of Sean Bean’s I saw, it’s my favorite too. I think he is one of the few, if not the only actor, who can genuinely answer this question 😂
